About the event
The wild festival season is behind us now, yet the rush of stimuli from those busy, experience-packed summer months is still fizzing inside us like a dissolving tablet.
What are you noticing in yourself these days, as the active summer slowly gives way to quieter, greyer, and often more boring everyday life? As the days get shorter, do you find yourself in front of your phone more often, filling the empty hours with scrolling? Or are you worried that having fewer chances for in-person connection will automatically push you toward social media apps? Maybe you let loose a bit too much during summer parties, and substance use started taking up more space in your life? Would you like to head into autumn by consciously looking at your consumption habits from this past period, and maybe figuring out what new habits you'd like to make room for?
